Set in the exclusive Tosalet area, this high-quality and beautifully maintained villa has many personal and homely features that give it that extra special appeal.
The upper level consists of the kitchen/utility area, lounge with dining area leading to the terrace, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has doors to the terrace. On the ground floor is a large games room. The pool area can be accessed by steps from the kitchen, the terrace, and from the games room.
Around the pool there is plenty of space for lying in the sun or shade, and for barbecuing and dining. There are two supermarkets fairly close by. The Arenal beach is about 2.5 km (5 minutes by car), and offers sand and sea, a bustling and lively atmosphere, and a good choice of bars, restaurants and shops. The attractive port and historic old town of Jávea (about 3 km away) are also well worth a visit, and several excellent golf courses are within a short drive.
