This Villa is situated 2 kilometers above the village of Frigiliana in a quiet rural location and is reached by approximately 500 meters of surfaced track.
The villa sits above and orchard of orange, lemon and meddler trees and there is a large drive way and space to park at least two cars.
The house itsself is built on two levels, although all the living accommodation is one, there are steps leading to the entrance making it unsuitable for the disabled.
Once inside you arrive into a small hallway that leads to the spacious lounge dining area, decorated in a cozy rustic style with sofas, easy chairs and a large pine dining table and chairs. Patio doors lead out to the covered terrace, which runs around the villa and offers excellent views of the local countryside and an ideal place to dine al fresco.
The kitchen is completely separate and is equipped with hob, oven, fridge/ freezer and all the modern conveniences.
There are three bedrooms, two twins and a double all painted in a modern style with pretty bedspreads and curtains. There is one fully fitted bathroom and stairs lead to a small utility room with washing machine and the roof terrace.
The pool is at the side of the villa, along with a BBQ area and there is plenty of space for taking in the sun and relaxing.
