Villa Nieves sits in an elevated position and has excellent views of the local countryside and the coast of Nerja. This villa is situated 3 kilometres from the village of Frigiliana, close to the road and reached by only 200meters of un surfaced road.
At the entrance there is an area for parking and a built in BBQ with a food preparation area, from here there is a path that leads to the large covered terrace at the front of the villa and the pool. From both the terrace and pool there are excellent views of the local country and the coast of Nerja.
The house is built on two levels, on the ground level there is a large room, which is divided into a lounge dining area, with open fireplace, sofas, coffee table, dining table and chairs. The kitchen is separated from the lounge by an American bar and is fully fitted with ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer and washing machine.
Also on this floor there are two twin bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes and bedside tables, these two rooms sharing a fully fitted bathroom.
12 Steps lead to the first floor where there is a second lounge and a very large double bedroom and a fully fitted shower room. This villa was constructed in the year 2001 and has been built and furnished to a high standard and is ideal for either families or two couples.
Prices are per week, per villa.
Taxes and electricity are included.
The villa will be clean on arrival and linen and towels are provided (Please bring your own beach towels). Change of linen and towels after 7 days.
