Villa Almachares is a delightful villa overlooking olive and avocado trees in the valley, with sea views in the distance. It is in a peaceful area just outside of Nerja, situated in Almachasres, 4.5 kilometres from the centre of Nerja and 3 kilometres from the shops, bars and restaurants of Capistrano, the villa is built in an elevated position and is accessed by a dirt road.
At the entrance to the villa there are large gates which lead to the parking area, a ramp leads to the front door.
On the ground floor, the living room has comfy sofas, an open fireplace and satellite TV. The American style kitchen is modern and fitted with ceramic hob, fridge / freezer microwave /grill, toaster and kettle.
Upstairs one double and one twin bedroom open onto the shared, south east facing balcony. There is a full bathroom on each floor.Outside, narrow flowerbeds edge the terraces and there are steps to the pool and terrace where the sun beds, umbrella and terrace furniture are provide
Prices are per week, per villa.
Taxes and electricity are included.
The villa will be clean on arrival and linen and towels are provided (Please bring your own beach towels). Change of linen and towels after 7 days.
