Villa Cortijo Ruiz is an attractive and comfortable villa in a rural location with wonderful views of the local countryside and the coast of Nerja. Situated between Nerja and Frigiliana, the majority of the access is on a small country lane some of which is un-surfaced. It offers good quality accommodation.
The villa is built on two floors, but all the living accommodation is on the first floor, stairs at the front of the villa lead to a large covered terrace, ideal for dining al Fresco and taking in the fabulous views.
On the entrance level there is large area for parking a private pool ( 7 x 4m ), with terrace and lawn, a built in BBQ area and a pretty country garden.
Once inside the villa you arrive directly onto the Lounge dining area, which has been decorated in a rustic style with Mexican style furnishings, which include a large dining table and chairs, easy chairs, open fireplace and pine cupboards.
The kitchen is separated from the lounge by an American bar and if fully fitted with, ceramic hob, electric oven, large fridge freezer and washing machine.
There are two good-sized bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with fitted wardrobes bedside tables; they share a fully fitted bathroom with bath, toilet, hand basin n and bidet.
Prices are per week, per villa.
Taxes and electricity are included.
The villa will be clean on arrival and linen and towels are provided (Please bring your own beach towels). Change of linen and towels after 7 days.
