Privately owned apartments comprising of 1, 2 and 3 Bedroomed in the urbanisation of Residential Las Gondolas, Veneziola, La Manga Del Mar Menor (South east Spain on the Costa Calida).

Las Gondolas is located just 40m from the Mar Menor & Mediterranean, just a short walk brings you the new Veneziola Golf a 9 hole par 3 Golf course ,

Situated at the sandy Veneziola beach in a prime location for those that like to sunbathe on the Mar Menor Beach, south facing and with over 330 sunny days in the year, between the warm shallow waters of the Mar Menor and the blue Mediterranean, close to the new marina.

The rental costs are based upon apartments with ceiling or free standing fans, please add £30.00 per week to the rental tariff for the apartments with Air-conditioning. Prices shown are for 3 bedroom apartments.

1 bedroom (ref 673) or 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom (ref: 674) apartments available, please ask for a price on the 2 bedroom apartments if that is required.

50 Euros should be handed to the apartment caretaker upon arrival for after stay cleaning and laundry of linen & towels.

A damage deposit of £100 to be included with the balance payment. This is fully refundable if everything is OK after your stay.
