The apartment has been furnished to a high standard and is kept in superb condition. Accommodation consists of one, en-suite, double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. The roomy, bright lounge/ dinning room, complete with TV / Satellite / HiFi, leads out to the west facing terrace which overlooks the gardens and swimming pool and benefits from sun during the afternoon and evening.
Ceiling fans have been fitted in all rooms. Along with heating for the cooler months.
Local beaches are a leisurely 15 - 20 minutes walk away. There are several small local bars, restaurants and convenience stores within the vicinity. But for those in search of livelier surroundings the busy port town of Fuengirola is only a 10 minute taxi ride away.
Transfer time is approximately 25 - 35 from Malaga airport to the east. With "The Rock" of Gibraltar being positioned 50 minutes away to the west.
