These apartments face directly onto the beach and are afforded incredible, unspoilt views of the Mediterranean sea. A subterranean walkway connects the complex of El Faro directly to the beach on which there is situated a restaurant and bar.
As the apartments are conveniently situated only a three minute walk from Club La Costa all manner of useful services are readily available. Club La Costa boasts a host of excellent facilities including a supermarket,cash points,souvenir shops, games rooms, several restaurants and bars,internal train, medical centre, tennis courts and a fitness centre.
There is also a local stable which offers the opportunity for both youngsters and adults to indulge in horse riding activities.
This superb ground floor apartment is situated, beach side, within the quiet urbanisation of El Faro, only 2 km from the bustling port town of Fuengirola.
The fully air-conditioned and heated property contains 2 twin bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite). The lounge, dining room and bedrooms are all immaculately furnished. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with all necessary crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, a microwave oven, washing machine and a dishwasher. The lounge is equipped with a CD player and satellite TV.
Being located on the ground floor, there is direct access to the two large swimming pools and garden area via a private garden with terrace. Sun beds, umbrellas and toilets are provided in the well kept gardens of the complex.
