Villa Las Mandarinas is elegant and spacious, set in landscaped, carefully tended grounds of around 1/2 acre with lawns, palm trees and orange groves.

Situated in the "Mandarinas" residential area within walking distance of Javea Golf Club. Villa Mandarinas is situated in the "Mandarinas" residential complex within walking distance of the Javea Golf Club.

This property is around 15 years old, has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with full gas central heating. The property is approached, via lockable gates, to a driveway providing parking for three cars.

The main entrance to the house is via an easy-rising staircase to the upper floor which is the main level of the property.

There is a spacious comfortable lounge with a dining room approached through an arch and an open fireplace. The separate spacious kitchen is adjacent to the dining area and has access to a rear patio.

The kitchen features a breakfast bar and a range of fitted units comprising a built-in hob, eye level cooker, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. This floor has three bedrooms.
