This is a delightful detached three bedroom, two bathroom villa with a private pool situated in a quiet residencial street just a few minutes walk to the local supermarket bars and restaurants.
The villa is short drive to the town of Javea with its fishing port, marina, typical Spanish old town and delightful golden sandy beaches.

All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans. Both bathrooms have been renewed in recent weeks for 2006.
The villa is fitted with central heating for winter lets.
Outside there is private off road parking for two cars, a lovely 8 metre x 4 metre private pool with Roman steps and pool-side shower. There are delightful established gardens with mature shrubs, lawned areas and elegant palm trees. The Villa has several terraces for relaxing in the sun and shade and a barbeque area for al-fresco cooking. Ample high quality patio furniture is provided for eating outdoors and sun loungers for soaking up the Mediterranean sun! The washing machine is situated in a separate utility room and there is a secluded drying area. This will be the first renting season and the owners have taken great care to ensure that the furnishings and fittings are of a high quality, the villa is very well presented throughout. Everything is provided to make this a true 'holiday home from home’ in the sun!
