This Villa is situated in a privileged position within five minutes walk of Moraira, making it ideal for those that wish to mostly walk when venturing out during their holiday. From the main entrance access is to a large hallway and doors leading to the two good sized bedrooms, a full bathroom and a large and immaculately furnished open plan lounge, conservatory, dining room and kitchen.
The swimming pool is of a larger than average size (10m x 5m) with tiled steps (and a depth of 1m to 2m) and is surrounded by spacious terraces, shaded seating areas and attractive securely enclosed gardens.
