This comfortable 2nd floor, (lift), apartment is fantastically placed for all the amenities of the Arenal beach area of Javea. All the restaurants, bars, shops and activities are right on the doorstep, as well of course, the crescent of soft sand fringing the waters of Javea’s most popular sun bathing and swimming venue.
The apartment is well laid out, bright and spacious. The living/dining room has a table and chairs for 6 and large sofa and chair. The tv receives Spanish and German channels plus 2 English language news/business channels. There is also stereo system including cd player.
Patio doors lead out to the terrace which looks down onto the impressive pool, with children’s section, and extensive lawned gardens. A table and chairs plus retractable sun blind, and light, allow meals to be taken on the terrace at any time of the day.
The kitchen is another good size room containing as it does a table and chairs as well as plenty of units and the normal range of equipment, such as, microwave, electric oven and hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.
Along a separate hallway are a full bathroom and a double and a twin bedded room, both with views from their windows.
Fans and heaters, iron and board, hairdryer and beach chairs, help make Edificio Arenal a great base for a holiday during which the location makes a car far from a necessity.
