There is a large open south facing Naya to the front of the property, again with table and chairs, with some distant sea views; the south-facing aspect ensures you enjoy the sun all day long. Mosquito nets are provided to all the windows. Newly constructed in 2005 was the 8m x 4m swimming pool and superb large terrace areas with outdoor shower and with sun lounges provided. There is a brick built BBQ provided on the terrace along with a garden table and chairs which is perfect for 'al fresco' dining. The large gardens are mature and well maintained. There is secure off road parking to the side of the property.
