Ground Floor: Entrance hallway leading through to the spacious lounge with English Sky TV and air-conditioning.
Enclosed naya opening onto the terrace overlooking the pool. Steps lead from the lounge into the dining room.
The kitchen comprises oven, hob, fridge and microwave, finished with granite work surfaces.
There is a utility room off the kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and fridge. The utility leads to a courtyard, which incorporates a small fishpond.
The courtyard is ideal for breakfast dining, and stair access to the sun terrace.
