Hall way leads to 3 further bedrooms 1 double with en-suite bathroom 2 twin rooms which share a large bathroom all bedrooms have ample wardrobe space and over look gardens.
Stairs to lower level where there is a bodega.

1st Floor - The master bedroom on the upper floor has a full en-suite bathroom plus private balcony with table and chairs for 4 people which over looks the Gata Hills- very private
This villa has two large gardens ,one has a large lawned area with orange trees.The second garden has matured palm trees and shrubs with a private swimming pool and new outside shower
This villa has a large naya partly open and closed has large table and chairs so its ideal for BBQ's (also has bread/pizza oven)and entertaining.
