Casa Buena is a typical Spanish casita (single storey house) in the old part of Oliva town with plenty of parking and plenty of views, just a few minutes drive to 15kms of wonderful Mediterranean beaches!
Casa Buena is a lovely house, comfortably furnished and ready for you to enjoy. It will take up to six people, young or old and pets by permission.
This house has been recently updated with a new kitchen and bathroom plus a roof terrace. But it still retains its original character with vaulted beamed ceilings (almost Valencian style), white walls, double wooden front door and shuttered windows. The owners have tried to keep it reasonably wheel chair friendly.
In front is a 'green zone' with views up to the castle ruins and plenty of street parking.
From the street, double opening wooden front doors lead into a wide hallway then onto a sitting room cum dining room, which inturn leads into the kitchen. There is a seperate loo, a walk-in shower room and a seperate wash area.
There are three seperate double bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two singles and one with bunk beds. The double room looks out onto the patio, the other two are front facing (with views of the hill and castle atop). Of note to tall people: the double bed is 2m long (and with no footboard), the norm in Spain is 1.9m or 1.95m
Outside is a large private patio equipped with table, chairs, sunshade, plants, bbq etc - all that is needed to enjoy a twilight evening amongst friends and family. There is also a roof terrace up some steps, with views that extend across the rooftops to 'La Cruz' (the cross on the hill) and the castle - from where you can see as far as Denia, Gandia, Cullera.....
A 20 inch deep paddling Pool is available upon request (free).
The owners live in the next road, so are on-hand for help and information. They also provide an information pack full of maps, leaflets etc.

Ideal for self-catering or if you want to try some of that wonderful Spanish food in the many local bars and restaurents - just a few minutes walk away. Centre of town is just 0.5km.
This is a delightful easy to-live-in traditional Spanish house, comfortable but not luxurious. A good place for experiencing Spain, the many fiestas and the Spanish way of life.

Prices are complete, including bedlinen, towels etc for the casita (but not for the beach). They include electricity, gas, water etc. and there are no additional cleaning charges (under normal circumstances). Plus a welcome pack upon arrival (tea, coffee, milk, wine/beer, little cakes, eggs, fruit juice etc etc). The only extras are if you want collection or delivery to an airport or train station (for just 2 or 3 people as the owners only have a town car).
