This luxury beachside three bed, three bathroom apartment, is situated in the prestigious complex of Costalita, between San Pedro and Estepona.
The apartment has a sumptious lounge with Sat TV DVD and Video recorder, with large terrace for relaxing or dining.
The complex is set in beautiful gardens with a large pool area with comfortable sun loungers, or a one minute walk takes you to the beach.All linen and towels are supplied and changed twice weekly.
Beach towels can be provided on request.
There is a one minute walk to the beach and a four minute walk to “Sharkeys” Beach bar, where you can have lunch on the beach. Sun-shades are provided, best to book on Sundays.
The kitchen is fully fitted, with microwave oven, dishwasher auto cooker and hob, Fridge/Freezer. The utility room has automatic washer and tumble dryer with ample drying space and storage.
The bedrooms are fitted with wardrobes, hairdryer and hotbrush. Divan beds with duvets, The master bedroom has a combi-tv. It also has its own sunny balcony. 2nd bedroom has king-size divan and French doors.
Third bedroom has twin divan beds with duvets.

You will find Costalita del Sol, one of the most prestigious and consolidated urbanizations. This resort is situated in the best area of the Costa del Sol, between Marbella and Estepona, and only 7 Km. from Puerto Banus. With very good connections to the national high way and the motorway, this complex is situated in a perfect surroundings, to enjoy and relax all year round.
These lovely apartments are located in Estepona at less than 100 metres from the beach, an excellent option for family holidays and group of friends.
The urbanisation offers 24 hour securiry and has a fabulous swimming pool with a sun terrace in the semi-tropical garden. Additionally, there is a beachside restaurant, tennis and paddel courts, with golf and horse-riding almost on the doorstep.

Drive east to San Pedro (3mins), Puerto Banus (7 mins), Marbella (15 mins) or Malaga (30 mins) with Fuengirola, Benalmadena and Torremolinos on the way.
Drive west to Estepona (10 mins) or to Gibraltar (40 mins) for tax free shops. There is a reliable and frequent bus service in both directions.
Costalita Urbis is central to the main concentration of Costa del Sol's leading golf courses including the Valderrama course.
Just up the road you will find Selwo adventure park for hours of fun for both the children and the adults.
