Casa Anjaylez is situated in the sought after 'Rancho C complex' in the very popular Miraflores Complex. It is a beautifully furnished apartment, with no expense spared, and just a few minutes walk to the Miraflores main Clubhouse.
Bedrooms are beautifully furnished and consist of kingsize bed or twin. House linen and bedding are included but not beach and pool towels. Extra bedding available upon request. The beds can be arranged as twins or as Kingsized doubles........your decision.
Master bedroom as a twin. Both bedrooms have, shower, bath, bidet and WC. Bedroom two as a twin.
Kitchen has Hob, oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, Fridge Freezer, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and ironing board, cutlery, crockery etc etc.
Underground parking for two cars, Satellite TV and DVD, CD - radio cassette.
Landscaped pool area. There are sun beds around the two pools, one a childrens pool. Landscaped with beautiful gardens and palm trees.
Casa Anjaylez is a no smoking apartment, smoking being permitted on the terrace only; sorry but community regulations forbid pets. The apartment is not really suitable for very young children.
The complex boasts the Miraflores Clubhouse which features the best in Live entertainment all year round. You can walk to the beaches of Miraflores Playa or a few minutes will take you to the fantastic beaches of La Cala or Cabopino.
Miraflores is surrounded by some of Spains finest Golf courses and beaches. Whether your looking for sophisticated designer shopping or traditional rustic spanish markets, superb beaches or fantastic restraunts, you'll be spoilt for choice.
