This Villa is an attractive modern villa which is bright and airy, furnished to a high standard and equipped with everything for the perfect holiday!
The accommodation consists of a large bright lounge/diner with dual aspect windows and patio doors leading onto the pool terrace and lovely views through the valley to the sea. Recently furnished with modern pine furniture including a three piece suite and dining table for six the lounge also has a TV with English satellite channels including BBC1 and ITV, a DVD player and a CD player/radio. There is a feature 'Toscan Stone' fireplace and ceiling fans. There is a fully equipped American style kitchen complete with full oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, the washing machine is in a seperate utility area. There are three bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one with a five foot double bed and two with twin beds. The double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over, the second bathroom is complete with a walk-in shower and bidet. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and roll down blinds.
Outside there is large terrace providing both sun and shade, a modern 8 meter by 4 meter swimming pool with Roman steps and a Bar-B-Que. From the terrace there are lovely views through the valley of El Portet to the sea. There is ample terrace furniture for relaxing and eating outside and off street parking for several cars. Villa Valentine is the ideal villa for a peaceful, relaxing holiday whilst being within a few minutes drive of all amenities.
