The accommodation is on two floors with access via internal staircase.

A large Double bedroom with a separate family shower room.
One spacious twin bedroom, all have built in wardrobes
Plus another double room, opposite is a family bathroom for both rooms...
First floor:
Large double bedroom with patio doors leading to sun terraces .The en-suite bathroom has both shower and bath.
Comfortable luxury Lounge/dinning room with TV/DVD and satellite cable. The room has lots of patio doors all leading to the pool and terrace and a feature fire place.
Large Dining room table with doors leading to the pool terrace.
There is a second seating area for out side entertaining on the covered naya.
The Fully equipped modern Kitchen leads from the dinning section, the kitchen has fridge freezer, dish washer, washing machine, built-in oven, gas hob and microwave.
The BBQ
Outside is a very attractive and enclosed 12x5Swimming pool with terracing and Great sea and mountain views, the terrace is large for sun lounging; with also shaded areas for out side eating and lounging .
Mature surround, the villa is private with walls and fencing.
To the front of the villa is parking for 2 cars as well as road parking.
The villa offers a real taste of paradise, ideal for those that want real luxury.
