The upstairs solarium offers additional outdoor space and this offers spectacular views over the La Manga Strip. The apartment is placed on the sort after complex of Verdemar 3 which offers indoor aswell as outdoor communal pools. It also has sauna & spa aswell as a gym.
This region of Spain benefits from an average of 320 days of sunshine each year and as its also one of the driest regions of Spain, its a good spot for getting away from it all throughout the year.
The apartment complex is situated on the beaches of the Mar Menor. The Mar Menor is a large salt water lagoon which enjoys average water temperatures of 30c during the summer months.
Because of the water temperatures, this makes an ideal location for all sorts of water sports. There are international schools closeby which offer all sorts of nautical activies such as scuba diving, water skiing to wind surfing and many more.
The Mar Menor is also home to The Black Mud which is said to help treat some skin conditions, rheumatism, arthritis and many other ailments.
Also nearby is the famous La Manga Club which is host to championship golf courses, aswell as tennis courts, spa facilities and a vast range of other activities. The club also has a good selection of bars and restuarants for you to sample.
There is something for everyone here, whether you want an action packed holiday or a relaxing break, you can do as much or as little as you like.
