Tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard, with spectacular views across the Miraflores Golf Course. This 3 bedroom, fully detached villa, accommodates 6 people comfortably. Fully air conditioned with reverse air in the winter to warm the house on cooler evenings.
The spacious lounge has leather sofas and typical Andalucian furnishings. There is UK satellite TV showing the ‘free to air’ channels. The dining area with seating for 6, is situated near to the separate and fully equipped kitchen. Patio doors lead from the lounge to the large balcony, which has outdoor furniture for 6 people and its own ‘plunge’ pool, Here you can sit and enjoy the view of the golf course.
Stairs lead you to the 3 bedrooms which are configured as one double (this can be made up as separate twin beds if preferred) and two twin rooms. The Master bedroom has an ’en-suite’ facilities, and there is another full bathroom to service the other bedrooms.
The separate kitchen has all the appliances you would expect in your holiday home, 4 ring hob, fridge/freezer, oven/microwave, kettle, toaster etc.
Although the villa is not on the beach front you do have full use of a pool by the beach, on another complex less than 15 minutes drive away.
The spacious lounge has leather sofas and typical Andalucian furnishings.
A supplement will be requested for extra persons. Price below is based on 6 persons sharing.
