This self-catering apartment is situated on the 3rd floor, accessible by lift, from the well presented Entrance Hall.

There is a large private swimming pool within the urbanisation, fitted with disabled chair lift. Here you will find plenty of grassed area to relax in, as well as toilets and a kiosk providing a variety of drinks and snacks. There is also a full time Life Guard on duty.

The apartment is centrally located on the border of Benalmadena and Arroyo de La Miel.

This apartment is well presented, spacious and newly decorated. There are 3 double bedrooms, all with plenty of wardrobe space. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and one has twin beds. In addition there is a very comfortable sofa bed in the lounge area with a full size mattress, thus sleeping up to 8 persons. * It would sleep 9 comfortably with an extra folding bed upon request.

The Lounge is spacious with dining area and a separate fully equipped kitchen, including Microwave, Freezer, Washing Machine, Ironing board and Iron. There is a full bathroom (with a full-length bath) and fitted shower attachments with constant hot water. All linen and towels are provided, not beach towels.
