This is a beautiful villa perfectly situated in the popular Aumadrava area of Pollensa, no more than 10 min drive from the old town. The house has been nicely decorated and furnished in a comfortable way . It is an ideal place for people who look for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
The villa is entered via a shady covered terrace leading directly into an open-plan lounge/dining kitchen, which is comfortably furnished with sofas surrounding the feature fireplace, TV, satellite and DVD for your added enjoyment. Off from the lounge area there are the two twin bedrooms and a bathroom which complete the ground floor accommodation.
An exterior staircase leads to a master bedroom with a full bathroom en-suite and a sun terrace with wonderful views to the open countryside
Outside the 8 metre pool is situated amongst lawned gardens and high hedges to afford maximum privacy and there is also a covered barbeque to complete this area making living and dining al-fresco a real pleasure.
All in all a most gracious home and a wonderful venue for a family holiday.
