Stunning villa rental in Moraira. Located on the coast road at La Fustera, between Moraira and Calpe, this exceptionally well furnished villa has been refurbished to a high standard and has magnificent views to the sea and the rock of Penon at Calpe.
The villa is set on a 1100m2 plot, and is split into two levels providing six bedrooms which sleep up to 12 people comfortably. On the top level there are three bedrooms consisting of an extra large double bedroom with hot and cold air-con, ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, double sinks and toilet, a further double bedroom with hot and cold aircon and a smaller twin room. The villa has a lovely naya with dining suite so meals can be enjoyed whilst looking out over the sea, a large lounge with Sat TV and aircon, and an American kitchen with oven, hob and microwave.
On the lower level again there is an extra large double bedroom with ensuite shower, basin and toilet. A large lounge with Sat TV, kitchen with oven, hob and microwave, a further bathroom with toilet, shower and sink, a large double bedroom with hot and cold aircon and a small twin bedroom.
Outside on the upper level there is a large terrace and BBQ with exceptional views, there is large table and 8 chairs for outside dining.
On the lower levels there is a large drive for 3 to 4 cars to park and a further terrace with BBQ, washing machine and line. Down some steps there is a private 8x4 pool with sun beds and chairs and although this whole area is a real sun trap there are some beautiful old olive trees that can provide some welcome shade.
