This is a very attractive 3/4 bedroom southwest-facing villa with fantastic sea views and (AIR CON )spread over 2 levels. You enter the property through a large parking area with a carport for 2 cars.

The UPPER LEVEL comprises of a spacious lounge/dining room with T.V with some satellite, the lounge has many nice features, an open fire place and Tosca stone and a great sea view, from the lounge is an open terrace for out side eating.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave etc., this leads to the lounge dining room.

The villa has a second glazed lounge/naya or can be used as an extra bedroom/ furnished with cane furniture (extra z beds can be hired at extra cost).

On this level is a double bedroom with a separate shower room.

Internal stairs leading to the LOWER LEVEL, with 1 master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and 1 twin bedroom leading to a large sun terrace with an 8m x 4m kidney shaped pool and external shower.

Partly enclosed naya with doors leading to the garden with an additional terrace and a separate barbeque area. The property benefits from central heating, hot/cold air conditioning and double-glazing throughout and is fully alarmed.

The villa is furnished to a high standard, and has one of the best sea views.

Set in the Benitachell & quiet area of Javea with a local supermarket, bars, restaurants, and beaches of Cumbre Del Sol only a few minutes drive away.

The Arenal area of Javea is only a 15 minutes drive; here you will find a very large selection of bars, restaurants.
