This is a loveley 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Alamajara within walking distance of Burriana Beach and Nerja centre. (Almajara1) Located in a charming urbanisation with a large communal pool with a lifeguard in attendance most of the time. Also a small pool for young children.
Inside this villa is a Lounge/dining room with TV in English, fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, etc. also washing machine located in downstairs bathroom.
Outside is a shaded patio area with terrace furniture, back patio area with terrace furniture and for hanging clothes. Nice shaded front patio garden with lemon tree and table and chairs very pleasant area.
All bed linen and towels supplied. You will need to bring your own beach towels and parasols etc.
Large communal pool also toddlers pool. Lifeguard in attendance between 11am to 3pm and 5pm to 9pm. They are also the pools opening hours. Pool is open June through to end September.
