This is a luxury 5 bedroom villa. Rentable as a 3-5 bedroom layout, sleeping 6-12. Located near Javea, Denia and the Jalon Valley. Our recently constructed villa is in a peaceful location just a few minutes drive from the old Spanish town of Pedreguer, with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. Exceptionally well furnished and equipped with home cinema, pool table and private swimming pool. Fully air-conditioned and heated.

The views are lovely. We are located in a peaceful place away from the hustle and bustle but only a short drive to several major beaches and sea villages if you are looking for adventure.

Recently completed work on the villa has extended the size of the building, making every room very spacious for a property of this type.

We use the property extensively ourselves and have furnished the property with quality and comfort in mind. We have even installed a full size pool table and a home cinema projection system with DVD and full SKY package in a second living room.

Accommodation:
This luxury, beautifully furnished villa has five bedrooms and three bathrooms on two levels. It is very spacious and has many extras. It has its own games room complete with full size professional pool table. A fantastic 6 ft projected cinema surround sound system complete with the full SKY package and DVD player. The villa is fully air conditioned and heated which is perfect for the height of the summer, ideal for a winter break in the sun or even Christmas with the whole family. There are fly screens and shutters fitted to all windows and there is also an alarm system connected to a central station.

Master bedroom:
A king size bed and a spacious en-suite shower room. The bedroom has french doors which lead to the upper terrace with fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. There are two more bedrooms on this level, both spacious with twin beds and ample storage. The main bathroom is very modern and again is larger than average complete with bath and over head shower.

Light and airy open plan space. The beautifully furnished lounge / diner has an open log fire and views over the pool area. It has a further TV and DVD player again linked to the satellite system and a CD player. There are patio doors leading to the upper terrace and a covered naya where you can sit and enjoy the wonderful views, in the shade if you so wish. From here you can take the external staircase to the pool area.

Very good sized and well equipped kitchen complete with full oven, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and ample crockery. There is also a washing machine and ironing facilities available.

A lovely wrought iron spiral staircase takes you to the lower level of the villa. On this level you will find a further two spacious bedrooms both with ample storage space. One has a double bed and the other room has a very modern style bunk bed with double on the bottom and a single above.

There is also a further beautiful modern bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

It is on this level that you will find the fantastic games room complete with sofas and a further dining area. There is also a small kitchen complete with fridge, enabling you to relax and play snooker or watch a film on the amazing surround sound system without being too far from the all important cold drink. This is truly a great room where anyone not wanting to laze in the sun or play in the pool can meet and enjoy a game, a dvd or just chat and enjoy a drink.

There is access from here to the pool area with the 8 x 4 kidney shaped pool. There is ample terracing for that all important ‘al fresco BBQ’ where you can enjoy the evenings dining around the floodlit pool. The pool area is surrounded by gardens, balustrade and gates so is secure for children. There is also off road parking for several vehicles, although the drive is a little steep it will not cause a problem.

This beautiful villa has all you need for a fantastic relaxing holiday with friends or with family.

It is ideal for a large family or two separate families who want to holiday together but have a little privacy and space for themselves, if they wish. There is ample seating around the villa so there is always a little corner to escape and enjoy the sun or the shade and a good read.

Deposit can be paid by cheque or by credit card, however, please note that a 4% processing fee applies on deposit payment by credit card.

There is a security deposit bond requested as security for the owner. This is fully refundable if everything OK after your stay.
