Fully air conditioned, spacious 2 bedroom apartments, just 10 minutes drive from Marbella itself and 5 minutes drive from the beautiful Cabopino Marina and beach. Sleeps 5 comfortably. South facing balcony overlooking the gardens, valley and with sea views, complete with patio furniture. The apartment is set in beautiful, landscaped tropical gardens. Walking distance to local shops and restaurants.
The 3 swimming pools, cascade through waterfalls, into each other, there is also a Jacuzzi and an infant pool. Lifeguards are in attendance in the summer months. The complex is enclosed for your security and has underground parking space, with lift access to the apartment.
Accommodation:
The Lounge is light, airy and comfortably furnished, with settees and dining table to seat 6 people. The television can receive the normal 'free to air' UK satellite channels and there is a stereo centre, for your cd's and local radio stations. Direct access from the lounge to the large, fully equipped balcony.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with full size oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, dish washer, and other appliances you would expect to find in your holiday home, to allow you to prepare the culinary delights associated with the Costa del Sol.
The Bedrooms. The master bedroom can be configured as either a double bed or twin beds and the 2nd bedroom is twin bedded. This makes the accommodation ideal for either golfers or your family holiday. An extra child's bed can be provided to make it an ideal venue for a family of 5. The master bedroom has 'en suite' facilities and there is another full bathroom to service the other bedroom.
Reserva de Marbella has a direct access road to the beach, over a bridge.

A £200.00 (300.00 Euro) deposit is required on arrival against damage and breakages. This is fully refundable on inspection of apartment on departure.
Towels and bedding are supplied, but must not be taken out of the apartments.
Apartments may not be ready for occupation before 4 p.m.
Unless by prior agreement the apartments must be vacated by 10.30 am.
