A fully-furnished 3-bedroom semi-detached property with a large private rooftop sun terrace, balcony off the main bedroom, traditional Spanish built-in BBQ and patio - ideal for al fresco dining - as well as the use of a communal pool only 50 metres from the house. The patio and balcony face south and both have awnings to provide some welcome shade in summer. There is also a small garden with palm trees, shrubs and cacti surrounded by a clipped hedge that ensures privacy.
The property sleeps 6 and benefits from air-conditioning / heating. Ceiling fans are also fitted. Satellite TV is provided, as is a mini-HiFi with radio, CD and cassette player.
