The accommodation is on two floors with access via internal staircase.
Ground floor:
A large Double bedroom with a separate family shower room for both the down stairs bedrooms.
One spacious twin bedroom, all have built in wardrobes.
First floor:
Large double bedroom with patio doors leading to sun terraces .The en-suite bathroom has both shower and bath.
From the hall up stairs is another double luxury bedroom with en-suite shower room.
Comfortable luxury Lounge/dining room with TV/DVD and satellite cable. The room has lots of patio doors all leading to the pool and terrace and a feature fire place.

There is a second seating area for out side enertaining on the covered naya.
The Fully equipped modern Kitchen leads from the dining section, the kitchen has fridge freezer, dish washer, washing machine, built-in oven, gas hob and microwave.

Outside is a very attractive and enclosed 10 x 5m Swimming pool with terracing and lawn areas for sun lounging; with also shaded areas for out side eating and lounging .
Mature enclosed gardens surround the villa with private walls and fencing. The garden is flat with grass and terracing.
To the front of the villa is parking for 2 cars as well as road parking.
