Casa Sol is a 3 bedroom Villa and comprises a well equipped compact kitchen with fridge freezer, gas cooker, microwave, toaster and coffee machine, the washing machine is installed in a separate utility room outside.
The lounge/dining area is simply furnished in older traditional Spanish style but retains charm.
There is Spanish TV and DVD player. The lounge provides access to both the pool terrace and a spacious covered porch area. There are two shower rooms and three bedrooms – all with twin beds. The third bedroom is small and opens onto the pool terrace – and is only suitable as as a children’s room - please note that this third bedroom is not accessible from inside the house.
The rectangular swimming pool is 8m x 4m with metal steps, with a depth of 0.80 to 1.70m. There is a pool-side shower, BBQ, table and chairs and sun-beds.
There is gated off-road parking under a pergola.
