This is a large detached villa situated in a quiet residential street in the La Vina area of Moraira.
The villa consists of two separate accommodations, ideal for a large group or two families wishing to holiday together whilst retaining a sense of privacy and independence. An attractive terrace provides both sun and shade and two elegant stairways lead down to the pool, ground level accommodation and additional extensive terraces and gardens.
The pool level accommodation consists of a further two spacious bedrooms (both twins) with fitted wardrobes, a shower room and a second lounge. There is no internal staircase between the two floors. Directly adjacent to the pool is a covered ´Summer¨ kitchen complete with built-in BBQ, sink, fridge and hob. There is an attractive 8m X 5m private pool with roman steps and pool-side shower.
The grounds are attractively landscaped with an abundance of tropical plants, shrubs, palms and orange and lemon trees There are ample loungers and quality terrace furniture for relaxing and dining ´al fresco.¨
