Javea (l' Arenal) Lovely newly decorated town house
South terrace & garden with BBQ & patio furniture overlook fields, whilst the north terrace overlooks the two communal pools surrounded by ample grassed areas for sunbathing. From the garden you walk into the lounge/Diner which is furnished in a light modern style with TV & DVD/CD player, board games & Books a small feature fireplace.
At the end of the lounge is a cloakroom followed by the well equipped Kitchen with M/W, Oven & Hob, and F/F etc. Up the stairs there is a shower room with toilet, single bedroom, twin bedroom & double en-suite bedroom. Continue up to the 2nd floor where you will find the south & North terraces with patio furniture at each end. This room serves as a bedroom with sofa bed & single pull out bed, wardrobe & chest or the room can be used as a second lounge.
The townhouse can sleep up to 8 people.
The property was redecorated & completely refurnished in Sept 04. It has warm air heating throughout, with fans for the summer months.
This really is a fantastic location for those who do not wish to walk far to the beach, restaurants & bars etc.
