This lovely well kept in original style casa de campo is ideally situated in the Puchol area of Javea, only minutes away from the sleepy old town and yet enjoying partial sea views from the bedroom terraces.
The house is owned by local Spanish residents and is not a house you will find in any of your holiday brochures.
It is furnished as a typical old world casa de campo, being approximately 100 years old with all its charm and features of years gone by. There is unlimited parking and the house is surrounded with mature palms, lemon and orange trees. Grape vines ramble up and over alfresco areas to give you shade.
Entrance to the house is directly into the television /sun room with sofas and chairs. Leading on through an original Tosca stone archway we come into the hallway which gives access off to the dining room / lounge and modernized kitchen (fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher). Adjacent to the kitchen is another open terrace for dining. The washing machine is in an outside utility area.
On this same floor you will find a double and two twin bedrooms a bathroom and shower room. Upstairs are three more bedrooms, one double with en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms. Two of these rooms have access to terraces with partial views of the sea and surrounding areas.
All rooms are furnished in traditional local style.
The pool enjoys a south facing aspect and has plenty of sunbathing areas with sun beds and terrace furniture. There is a newly built BBQ house complete with bread oven and poolside bar with cloakroom facilities. There is also a large arched terrace for al-fresco dining.
The grounds are extensive and although there are villas on the hillside behind, they do not directly overlook the villa and pool area.
A 4% processing fee applies on deposit payment by credit card.

There is a Security Deposit requested for this property which is payable with the Balance payment.
