This air conditioned / heated ground floor apartment is conveniently situated between Benalmadena and Fuengirola, close to Torrequebrada Golf and the Famous 5 star hotel and casino.
Although the apartment is on the ground floor, it isn't exactly ground floor as there are approximately six steps up and the balcony is not on the ground as the car parking area is underneath the apartment blocks.
The apartment has two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms, this apartment will comfortably accommodate four people but with sofabed can accommodate six people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances including a dishwasher.
The spacious lounge/ diner with DVD player is furnished to a high standard, incorporating two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed. A sunny covered terrace with views to the sea leads from the lounge and the master bedroom. There is a gas barbecue.
Within the complex there are three swimming pools.
