A Charming two bedroom, two bathroom villa, walking distance to all amenities and a short drive to town and beaches.
This Villa is a charming detached villa with a private pool set in a quiet residencial location providing views across the third fairway of Moraira's golf course. The house has been thoughtfully decorated and tastefully furnished throughout providing every convenience for the perfect holiday in the sun. Accommodation consists of an independent driveway with parking for several cars, a bright entrance hall which leads to the large lounge with leather sofas, TV with some satellite channels and a DVD player. The lounge also features an open brick fireplace with Spanish arches and rounded windows. Double doors lead into the elegant dining room with feature fireplace and a door to the pool and terraces. There is a brand new high quality fully-fitted kitchen complete with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher, the washing machine is in a separate utility room. An inner hallway leads to the two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with fitted wardrobes and both tastefully furnished. There are two bathrooms, one with an independent shower, the other with bath and shower over.
Outside there is an 8 meter by 4 meter private pool with elegant French turquoise tiles, roman steps and pool-side shower. There are various terraces for eating and relaxing in the sun or shade. Adjacent to the pool is a charming courtyard area with fully equipped 'summer kitchen' complete with fridge/freezer, sink, and purpose built BBQ. There is also a pool-side W.C and changing room.
The attractive gardens are established and contain various mature plants, shrubs and trees. There is a roof terrace which is a real sun trap and offers excellent views. Ample quality dining furniture and sun loungers are provided for al-fresco living! An additional fold-away bed and linen can be provided at a cost of £30 per week.
