A lovely, roomy house, set in the exclusive Cap Marti area of Javea, close to some excellent restaurants and local supermarkets. A wide terrace, partially covered, and well furnished for outside dining and relaxing, extends the length of the villa, and leads to a large, comfortably furnished lounge and dining room with attractive beamed ceiling. Stairs lead from the lounge to a small, private roof terrace. The kitchen, with all modern conveniences, has a door leading to a small, sheltered terrace and drying area. The front of the villa has an “in and out” driveway, and lawns and shrubs surround the other three sides, with a beautiful pool, and large barbecue at the rear. The villa is surrounded by walls and hedges for complete privacy. Accommodation is on first floor level, with steps to the garden from both terraces. About 1500 metres away is the Arenal beach, offering sand and sea, an extraordinarily bustling and lively atmosphere, nightlife for the young and the not so young, and a good choice of bars, restaurants and shops.
